Is there away to hide all your tagged photos on Facebook?

I don't want to untag them, or hide individual photos. I just want to remove the whole tagged photos / "photos of you" section from my profile.

Yes. Go to Privacy Settings, Timeline & Tagging, then you can see there, Who can see things on my timeline, edit your viewers at the right portion along that option.

that is not possible - you cannot hide tagged photos, because you were not the person to upload them - the person that uploaded them controls their privacy settings, not you

your only option is to remove the tag

go to tagged photo, at top right side of tagged photo,you can see 'edit or remove' option,click on it and you can see 'remove tag' option and click on it....
