How to go about this?

So a fake profile was messaging me and I've finally figured out who it was my ex. I know it's my ex because when i sometimes email him, he would write me from the fake profile. Things are so similar like the birth day and year and the way he writes on the fake profile. He deactivated his actual fb. My gut feeling has been telling him. The pic that was used was a fake and I searched and found where the pic came from. I want to know how can I go about letting him know…that I know it's him. I just want to get him to talk to me without hiding behind a fake profile. Help please!

If it is your ex and you DO want to talk to him, just tell him you know its him and just want to talk, don't be afraid he obviously wants to talk to you back. If you DON'T want to talk to him just unfriend the fake account and him.
