I need help getting active Instagram followers.?

So, I got an Instagram about 7 months ago, and I love it. Right now, I have 68 followers, (I used to have 78, but 10 unfollowed) and I barely get likes on my photos. The only way I actually get lots of likes is if I put my photos on hashtags. But I don't have many active followers. Yes, I have friends following me, but they never like my photos, but I like theirs! I am getting sick and tired of having not very many likes, All my other friends get 67 likes a photo! And I only get like 5! If anyone knows any good ways to get active followers please PLEASE TELL ME.

Idk follow more people and they might follow you, or you can like buy a thousand followers for 20 bucks online
