It means they are on facebook using a mobile. If they are online a green dot will show.

That means that their mobile device ( phone or tablet ) is connected to facebook.
It does not mean they are at home in front of a computer and logged on to facebook. |

It Does Not Mean There Available All it Means is They are On Facebook on there Mobile Device

It means that they would get ur messages through facebook text messages, and they are logged into a facebook app but is not online currently
