If I make a facebook page, is there any way my friends would know?
Any way at all. Like does it show up on my timeline, or if they go to the page does it tell them I'm admin? Also, if it does show up, is there any way to disable it?
I'm talking about a facebook PAGE, not profile. I already have a profile.

i guess ur friends wont know anything until u press the invite friend button after creating the page

It does not show up...
Your profile may pop up on others profiles with a message, "do you know this person", but only if y'all have mutual friends.
