Facebook friend lists? Is this possible?

Say I have two groups of friend on fb, Group A and Group B. I want Group A to see all of my posts and any posts I'm tagged in by the people in Group B. However I do not want the friends in Group B to even know of the existence of Group A. I don't want any posts I'm tagged in with Group A or any comments they write on my timeline to be visible to members of Group B.

Do you understand where I'm getting at? Is it possible to do this using fb friend lists and if yes, how?

i think its possible to that but you will have toggle your privacy for every single while you are posting

for instance if u are posting for group a you may may choose it public and the other site you may make a list of whom only you want to see your post thats it
