My Instagram account got disabled. Help!?

I use my Instagram account for business! Just recently I noticed I wasn't getting any notifications and I was logged out. So I try to log back in and it said that My account has been disabled due to violation of the policy.... From time to time I like peoples pictures under a certain hashtag and tell them to check out my stuff! It's not like I'm a bot spamming people! Is there a way I can get my account back! I feel like I've done nothing wrong.. I'm 8k deep in followers! I need a resolution asap!

because you told people to check out your business etc they probably deleted the comment and reported as spam because anyone that comments on my pics saying stuff look 'awesome pic, get more followers at igpops.com' i delete and report their comment asap. there isnt any way's to get your instagram back, just make a new one and try get followers back! i wish you luck! xx
