use the control panal setings use chose remove or install icon chose your.facebook icon and click remove its will be.uninstall from your pc or laptop

facebook is not a program, thus you can not remove it but if you want to not be able to use it then a parental lock program is what you are looking for, in this program you can ban certain sites from your computer so to access them you would need to know a password of your choice, this program isnt hard to find just look it up on google

I'm guessing that its not your account and that it is your daughters or sons and you're concerned for their well being. If this is the case then you must know their password.
