Confused by a fault of facebook?

Earlier,i sent a friend request to one of my friends.Later when i tried to open her profile on facebook,it couldn't open and the page broke.I thought that she has blocked me.But when I logged into my gmail account,there was a mail from facebook saying that she(the girl to whom i sent request) has confirmed my friend request.But on facebook,her profile couldn't open and the page is broken. I couldn't understand why i can't see her on facebook even if she had accepted my friend request. Please tell me if anyone could assist me. (It is not guaranteed that she has blocked me.) Thanks.
and if she has really blocked me,why will she block me even after accepting my friend request?

ask her that did she deactivated her accnt...! or its simple she could have blocked you.... that email could have been sent when she accpted ur reqst ... she must have blocked you after acepting your rrqst

chances are that her account is fake, it's not really a girl in the first place, and her account was sending out spam, so facebook suspended the account
