how to make facebook likes public on posts for non-friends?

When i post something public on my times then Non-Friends cannot see the like button they cannot like it. I want that non-friends should also be able to like something on my timeline how to do that

Before you post something, click on the icon and select "Everyone". This allow everyon to see that status.
