how do i find my user name for facebook?

i started a business page and i cant remember what email i used. is there any way to find this out? ive tried everything i know of.

you can see here as an example if you want to know your user name of facebook then just load your profile and during loading your profile you can see your profile url where your user name is also given like my facebook name is sanil tamang so when i loaded my profile and i can see the url https://www.facebook.com/sanil.tamang?ref=tn_tnmn that shows what my user name is Sanil.tamang
