Downloaded something and now weird stuff keeps posting itself?

My friend downloaded a thing that said something like if you download this,you'll know who visits your profile and all that. It was clearly fake and spam so she deleted it and now this thing keeps getting posted on her profile every 10 minutes,its the exact same thing everytime with a few of her friends tagged in it and the name of the website where she downloaded it. How can she stop these annoying postings?

TBH im not 100% sure how these virus's work however if i was to go about getting rid of a virus i would first of all run a full virus scan on your system, this may not pick up anything but dont be worried.

Then download a run a program called:

http://www.malwarebytes.org/

It's really good and should clear up any virus that you have out lieng in your PC
