why does facebook make me nervous?

every time I post a status or picture on facebook, I get all nervous that no one's gonna like or comment on it. I get all shaky and start sweating. I've noticed that this happens in public too - if I have to talk to someone, the same thing happens. why?

I get nervous too, it just confidence issues probably. You're worried about what people will say or think. Don't worry about it, you can adult delete nasty comments etc
Don't be worried to talk to people, you will look more silly being shy and embarrassed than being confident
