How do I get unbanned from Insta-Like.net?

I got banned and I have to pay $10 to get unbanned I'm only 13 and I don't have any credit cards or anything I tried changing my instagram username and password but that didn't work I also went on some sites with different IP addresses and that didn't work either. Please help me I really need to get back on that site and can you put some sites in where you answer that is a different proxy server and IP address. Thanks for the help

there is nothing you can do, because they banned your account (like username), not your IP address. so using a proxy/vpn won't help you.
you can register a news account with different email address / username.
