Software or website that can view various social media?
Is there some sort of software or website that can integrate all my various Social Media accounts and let me view updates/posts from each one and let me reply to these? So for example I could setup my twitter, facebook, and linkedin accounts to send updates to this site and I could just login and see everything at once instead of going to each individual site?

Most of these sites should have RSS feeds. You should just be able to use some RSS service (Outlook, for example) and have them all populate one location.
