Contemplating deleting facebook?

I want to delete my facebook because I feel like i have no reason no one cares about me or anything.

I feel like facebook holds me back sometimes.

I want to delete my facebook but i feel like if i delete facebook people will forget about me.

I keep thinking Will people remember me when i am gone for months or years off facebook? and who will try to contact me?

I feel like facebook is being my life and i just need some comfort from people know that something good can come out of this and not everyone will forget about me

Deactivate you account. When you deactivate it, the account seems deleted to all of your friends but I believe you have a week or so to log back in. Logging back into your account will reactivate it. Continue as preferred.

facebook hasnt existed forever... people have always found other ways to interact, and will continute to find new ways to interact

you can always just use email, or snail mail, or phones... dont feel pressured to do things just because "everyone else" is doing it
