Coloured hearts on facebook?

I saw a comment and someone posted four coloured hearts. I think they were blue, green, purple or something and I can't figure out how that person did it.

With apple devices (iPhone, iPod touch and iPad etc) you have a selection of different emoticons and symbols that you can send to people. They include many things like love hearts, smiley faces, animals and a bunch of other stuff.
Quite handy I must say !
