The subject is the issue of Indo-Pak boundary dispute, in Kashmir.

there is no such thing as a global law, and there is no such things as a "facebook law" (maybe you meant a facebook rule?)... and facebook is based in the USA, so i doubt they are going to get involved in anything like that
