How To Stay Off Facebook.....?

I need to stay off Facebook for a little while, to get my head around a few things. But the problem is I've sort of became addicted to the site and can't stay away from it for one single day. How can I stop myself from going on it?

I left today and want to go back to it in about July.

I would suggest disabling your account for the time being. This way, when you get back on, it will tell you that your account has been disabled. After you return, you can re-enable it. All your information will still be on it.

Hi Joey. The best thing to do is to get somebody who you trust 100% (like a parent or sibling) to change your password and keep it secret until July. If you disable the account, you can activate it whenever you want, the temptation is there and you may find yourself giving in to it. Best of luck.
