s4s means "support for support" to most people trying to get popular or "famous"

but in reality what they are doing is spamming, and facebook will suspend their accounts for doing it

the numbers mean "i will spam your page 10 times if you spam my page 10 times"

but there isnt much point to it since it just leads to both of you getting deleted for breaking the rules
