How do can you make your fans more active on your facebook fanpage?

I have over 15k of fans on my page but nobody ever likes statuses or even try to make an effort. So i tried everything to get my fans to say something. I even try to speak in other languages, if there is something i am missing can someone please share cause, i really do care about all my fans.( i know that sounds corny to someone out there)..

Try something that makes your fans more active capturing their attention. Something like a weekly quiz or a joke contest even maybe a photography contest based on the type of your page and as a prize they are featured on your page or even if you want promote them to an admin level.

First analyse your facebook fanpage topic and try to get as much new information as you can about that topic. Attract your fans by adding some innovative post in your group.
