Can you send one tweet to two accounts on twitter?

I have 2 twitter accounts, is there any way to send a tweet to both of them at the same time?
I mean like when I compose a tweet, can I send it to both accounts with out having to copy and paste it and compose the same one on the other account.

Of u want to send a 'HI' tweet to both...then just mention both of them...
Eg., ''@YOU @ME HI..!!''

You cant send tweet from two different accounts at same time, You need to copy paste it in compose and tweet.
