Do my friends see when someone tags me in a photo on Facebook?
I'm just curious, when one of my friends tag me in a photo, would my other friends (who are not friends with the person who tagged me in the photo) be able to see the post that that friend of mine just tagged me in a photo?
I mean would my other friends be able to see the post of my friend in their news feed?

Yes. It will be posted in your friend's wall who tagged you and in your wall automatically

It would show up on your page and anyone else's that is tagged in the picture with you. Other people who visit their pages can see it, unless you have them blocked.

It depends your privacy settings,go to privacy&settings->timeline and tagging(change it all to only me,if you want to hide from your friends,if u don't want to tag with you enable(on) timeline reviews
