How do i get to where i can change my facebook password cause i forgot my new one if i dont member my test que?

I didn't get clearly what you are asking for.

If you are asking to set a new password from outside facebook,

Go to facebook, click on "Forgot your password?"
And provide your mail ID which you used for facebook and select "Email me to reset password"
You will get a link to your mail.
You can reset your password by clicking on that link...!


If you are asking to change your password IN facebook,

Click on gear symbol at top right and select "Account Settings"
Go to "General"
There you can change your password by clicking on "Edit" next to Password...!

I think your problem is first one only...!
