Twitter help stream/feed help?
On my twitter stream or feed whatever you want to call it, i get the tweets from the people i follow and what they RTed, is their a way i can limit it to just the tweets from the people i follow?

No you cannot. You might create lists and put users that usually retweet there, and users that not retweet in other list.
