Using layers to draw the circle to use as a guide, then draw the hearts on a separate layer, look like the hearts are hand drawn.

You can try either Photo or Draw. its free for home use.

Hi,

Do you mean the semi-heart shaped things in a circle all the way around the cup or the actual heart shape in the cup?

If you mean the heart in the cup, that's not made with software (although it easily could be with GimpShop or Photoshop).

They make them at places like Starbucks by filling the cup with a lighter colored liquid (coffee, latte, or anything) and then putting a layer of darker colored liquid and use a straw and press it through the darker color to the lighter color and draw the design and remove the straw.

You can do it yourself with a little experimenting.
