Which one is best for Business Social Media Exposure?

Both have their own importance you can not ignore or choose one of them...
Briefly saying facebook is good to make your network larger and promoting your business to the targeted people and twitter is best to give updates because you can give long posts on the facebook but can't give long posts on twitter.
No doubt, you can do much on the facebook but ignoring twitter will be a big mistake.

I will say that Facebook is better than Twitter. If you observe closely then you will find whoever you try to follow they are just trying to promote their service/product. It is very difficult to find a customer or may be a general person who you can sell your service or product. Most of the direct messages are either sales pitch or directing to website to increase the traffic. These type of traffic are mostly useless resulting is increased bounce rate.

Whereas in Facebook you can still find people who you can be your potential customer, who are just there and not promoting their service or product. Moreover Facebook is offering various applications to attract and amaze your visitors, hence granting the opportunity to convert your customers.
