locked out of facebook?

facebook is asking me to confirm my phone number, but the phone number associated with my account is an old phone. it won't let me change it or add an email so what can i do??

it gives you all the options you have - usually they let you send in a copy of your government issued ID

but if you can do any of those options, then there is nothing you can do

this normally only happens to people who break the rules by creating more than one account
