but when i try sending a message it says one or more of your email addresses are not vailed please try again but when i send messages to other people on facebook my messages get sent to them

Recently I found Facebook had altered my email address by adding a 'P' on the end of .com so it read .comp. Then I found it added the 'P' to some of the email addresses of my friends. So, check the email address or addresses you use in Facebook and ensure it has not been corrupted.

If it continues go to the GEAR and select Help then Report a Problem. This actually works and get problems solved. You'll probably get a response telling you the problem is fixed posted in your timeline.
