No, the same happened to me, just follow the website and it will be redeemed. But don't aggressively follow people again or you will loose your account

you Lost your Entire Account your Account is Gone For Good its Not Temporary Your Gonna Have to Make a New One you Can Try Contacting Twitter and Ask Them But Chances Are They Will Not Restore it
