Can a message on facebook automatically go from the 'other' inbox to the normal one?

I messaged someone who wasn't on my friend's list and it's never showed that the message was seen by him either. Back then we weren't friends on facebook and we had no mutal friends!
Now ( 5 months later) we have 2 mutal friends if I add him, will the old message from his 'other' inbox go to the normal one automatically?

You don't have to be friends with someone to be able to message someone. That being said, the message was sent. If it never said it was seen by him, maybe it was a glitch and he did see it (this has happened many times before where I actually read a message that was sent to me and it said I never seen it). However, of course, he might have simply never opened your message.

No dear, it won't. If its your crush then ask your mutual friends to suggest you as his friend. Then wait to see if he adds you as friend. Or you can poke him or add me as friend and say, "After much thinking I am sending you friend request, Just to find out if you didnt receive my message or you read my mesage and dint reply back.
