I can't access my facebook account.?

i signed up in facebook. it asked me to verify my identity. i entered the code it took me. next it asked me to enter my phone number. i entered it. by i received no text. i clicked re-send, and there is no text. i entered another number, and there is no text. i read the help page, and there is no helpful answer. what should i do?
i wait for code for 2 days. how can i skip this step?

wait for the text or just dont use a phone number

There is a help option in facebook, you can always look there or google it but you really don't need a phone number, nor do you need to complete all the steps to have a facebook account.

Facebook has this issue, there mobile confirmation code comes really late. Next time try to sign up in the morning, and keep the code page open for whenever the text comes.

first of all, keep in mind that if you already used your phone number to create a different facebook account, they wont send you another one to the same number to create another account

in fact, it's against the rules to create more than one account, which is probably why they arent sending you the code you need

secondly, if you are using a proxy site to access facebook, they wont give you a confirmation code then either
