U probably got banned for a few days if u sent alot of friend request

It could be a number of things:

Did you post pictures of child pornography?
Did you make threatening statements toward the President?
Did you give your password to an angry ex lover and s/he could have deleted it?

It's probably the first one.

there are lots of possible reasons, like lying about your age or your name, creating more than one account, trolling or harassing people, spamming....
