Deleted Facebook account, can't access spotify?

I used Facebook in order to connect to Spotify, however, I've recently deleted my Facebook and now can't access Spotify, unless I log into my old Facebook account... Is there any way around this?

If your using the free Spotify just open an account with a different name and password or look here

You could always make a fake FB acct (just for spotify use).
