Hi i want to delete my account but not my tweets what must i do?

You see i send a very important ,message and it could only be sent through twitter but after i sent my message i deactivated my account so will the person be able receive my tweet and able to read it.Because i want my tweet to be read.Please guide me in this.
>>>>One more thing i send message and an attachment to a person from my face book account to his face book account.Since i am not accustomed to face book as well so i was wondering if you could help me that whether that person received my message will be able to open my attachment as well since i deleted my account from that site as well.After sending the message and attachment.
i know my question are are a bit tricky but i will be very obliged if you can provide me answer to both of my question.

No. Once you Deactivate your account your activty is paused no changes can be done by third party apps or sites.
And after you Delete your facebook all your previous activity is deleted. Nothing related to your account will be seen on facebook.
