Mine FB ID is showing 24/7 online. Why is that showing me online every time even when i am not using it !!! Can u help me?

It maybe because you are logged in from some other device, maybe your android phone.

as you said you have logged out from all devices but have you checked some background apps

or

if you use windows 8 then you will have to make yourself "invisible" in the messaging app or Facebook app
