Simple. By getting rid of those lazy bones and investing a few hours a day in making meaningful conversations with people. There are lots of automation tools that lets you post or share info in a predefined way, but a simple response to let's say, a tweet made by your follower, in 24-hour time frame shows that you're really listening to what people say out there. There's no way you can automate human conversation.
