How can I manage my Facebook privacy?
How can I make it so that other people's pictures that I comment on and like will not appear on my friends news feed? There are some ones on myself on a photographer's page I do not want to share with everyone on my list (without untagging and offending him). The pictures are already hidden from my timeline, but I know they will appear if I comment or like them.

Just add at the end of the comment that this is private and not meant to be shared. If they are your true friends they will understand and respect you.

you cannot just turn off that feature

the only thing close to it is to add those people you want to hide it from to your restricted list
