facebook video chat isnt downloading...HELP?

I had already downloaded the video chat from facebook and for some unknown reason it uninstalled itself, and i have tried countless times to download it again and it will say ive downloaded it, but as soon as i try to call someone it will say i have to download it to use it...Im like wtf!!! So what can I do? Tried logging out, shutting down computer, different browsers, going into my computer and lookin at my downloads everything idk what to do

Check and See if you have a Firewall Turned On if So Turn it off it May be Blocking the Download
