Hiding future posts from certain people?

My question is, can a person hide future posts, likes, comments, etc from just one friend, and permanently hide all activity without putting them on restricted list. Reason is, my gf has been acting odd lately, and shes maybe trying to hide her fb statuses from me.

if you have any relatives or friends that are friends with her try asking to go on their account just to see something

i'm bad at explaining things but here goes lol....

if you write something as your post, before you click post, go to the little drop down arrow and i think it might already say Friends in it. then when you click the arrow, it would say Custom and you click that and then you can block whatever specific person you want
