if you wanna do some stalking try logging out of facebook and log in with another persons name.
but they blocked you for a reason don't cross into the harassment area

In Facebook you can not see the blocked profile directly but i have one ideas,if you want to see that profile you can open by another or next profile.

you can't unless you make another account or log into someone elses.

If someone blocks you , you can't see their profile.
Best way to see their fb profile is just you have to create a new fb account and then log into your new account then see their profile...
