Help me on twitter please!?

Basically, I'm going to use "someone" as an example for the emails I have.

I have a hotmail account called "someone@hotmail.co.uk"
I have a gmail account also called "someone@hotmail.co.uk" but with a different password to the hotmail one. I forgot how I even made this so please tell me how I got this.
I uprgraded the gmail account to "someone95@gmail.com"
It's changed to "95" and @gmail.com as the address.
The problem with twitter was that I changed my twitter username and I had a yellow box at the top of my homepage saying "do you want to verify your new username with your email?" and I ignored it. Then when I logged in one time and it said that "you need to reset your password" so it gets sent to my email but it's not there.
My email is gmail which was the one I used to sign up for twitter in the first place (so the "someone@hotmail.co.uk version of my first gmail) but after this thing happened, I upgraded "someone@hotmail.co.uk" to "someone95@gmail.com" . Would I still be able to get my twitter account back?
