someone accessed my facebook account from I.P.=67.159.36.21 in chicago ill. who is this?

recently found man who had used two separate identities- william alexander/andrew wright to work and collect unemployment benefits and tax returns in the state of texas 20 years ago, he went missing after cleaning out my house while i was at work, even taking the harley belt buckle off my pants hanging in closet. defaulted on a loan a friend of YEARS had co-signed on. i have been getting collection calls for 20 years on both names, and got another one recently and found the guy on facebook, he is living in claremore oklahoma and married some gal named lisa renee stice-wright, he is a SARGEANT IN THE ARMY now, i contacted the army, the I.R.S. and TEXAS employment dept. auditor,and social security A.I.G. and some of his family to find out if they knew about the second identity, the army and texas audit department asked me to send pics of the guy and i posted them on my facebook page-i noticed they were REMOVED, and not by me,also the facebook page for andrew wright was removed from facebook,but i still have all of it! there was no indecent content,and i was blocked from facebook for 12 hours, then i posted some more stuff about him and noticed that someone in chicago,ill. was accessing my facebook page from someplace around east congress pkwy and south wabash ave. from I.P.-67.159.36.21 who is this? i figured it would be a law library, or a college and posted those pictures and was then blocked from facebook for 2 days! all for sending pics of the place where my facebook page was being accessed from, guess they did not like their I.P. address and location disclosed... who are they and where can i expose the intruders on my facebook account, who are removing pictures and blocking me for posting on my own page? now everyone knows their I.P. address hopefully someone will know how to help me, karin wrape,ffraser, co. 970-726-9695
got address and phone number to fdc servers and sent info to army about the intrusion on my facebook page any one else wants their number it's(312)423-6675 they have been removing content from my facebook page, but i take PICTURES of EVERYTHING!!~!hehehe
actually i found out who it was fdc servers.net gave up the info, and i called and left message saying i was helping in an investigation with my contact info and the facebook block was gone this morning! you can find out whose i.p. address it is...ip-lookup.net-got physical address and googled it, and found it was fdcservers.net i really like ask.com, they give a lot of good info!

you cant figure out who someone is with just an IP address... that IP is just the ISP's IP, telling you a general city/state location

plus they could have just used a proxy site to fake where they are from
