you haven't given much info, so what kind of answer do you expect? if you swear alot on posts or makes threats and such, then that is why it was locked.

Did facebook explain why? If not, contact facebook at their help center ( link included below ), and ask what the reason is for locking your account. Make sure you have followed their Terms of Service and weren't locked for something you did.
