it's hard to tell which one is the most influential!! i've been around 5 minutes looking at ur question trying to think of a good answer...but it seems like that i just cant answer this question in a reasonable way..
lets see..
health care field need a good amount of money and the latest technologies...and competition of course has its effect on this field.... maybe bcoz of my lack understanding to every dimention of the social factor...i may choose it as the least influental factor
