Why won't my Facebook show me who likes my page?

I go to my page and it has the new likes sign, but when I click on it it says no new likes. I can see how many people like but I can't see who.

do you click on the little red indicator at the top of the page? that's how you see the new ones

Actually new facebook has that kind of pattern. It only enables you to see the friends of you who liked the page. If it is an independent page, then it never shows the persons who likes.

check out your notifications other than you can check it in see likes option where you can see who like your page..
