How to you send someone a tweet so it goes onto their twitter wall so others can see it ?
Every tweet i send someone, i will go to their twitter and send it on their twitter page, but it never appears on their wall?

Their twitter wall is only their tweets and things they retweeted. If you want it on their twitter wall you have to get them to retweet it.

Or they will retweet you or if they follow you they also can see your tweets on their wall.
