Why won't Facebook let me upload a video?

Why won't Facebook let me upload a video?
I've tried to upload a video to Facebook but it gets to 98% and says "There was a problem uploading your file. Please try again". I made it in Windows Movie Maker so it should be MP4.

Check the file size to see if it does not exceed facebooks upload limit.
