I need help with facebook (verifying account)?

okay, so the day before yesterday i was using my facebook account on my pc, and i logged out so that my brother could use his facebook account. When he was done, i tried logging in again, and facebook is now asking me to verify my account. I was a little shocked as to why it would want me to, but i followed the procedure anyways, until it asked me for my cellphone number. And that's where my problem is... I didn't register for facebook mobile, because i don't own a cellphone. But i do have an email account which is what i used to register with. And there isn't any option to use my email address for verification.. What do i do?

So Ashveer....fb is concerned a lot about your safety.....
It may be thinking that ur account is hacked....
Now...clear ur browser's cache memory...and all the temporaririly saved data....
Now try logging in...if it again asks for ur fone number...give it and try verifying....
Or else try searching in fb help center...
Or else try contacting fb

you dont have to have registered for facebook mobile, they just want to be able to send you a text message with your verification code - so if your only choice is to enter your phone number, that's what you have to do

if you Do Not Have a Cell phone Borrow Someone Elses Put there Number in and Ask them to Repeat Back to you the Code That it Sends to them
