How do I remove a group completely when I'm the only admin?

So here's the thing... somehow, my account (without me approving it) created several facebook groups and added 70% of my friends in those groups. These groups were called each a random 4-digit number or a 3-digit number then OMG. How do I delete these groups entirely?

first you have to remove everyone else from the group, and then remove yourself, and the group goes away
